WORK AVAILABILITY
Jay is currently a freelance director and acting teacher. With a Master of Arts degree from De Montfort University in Film, Jay's thesis dissertation focussed on the narrative elements of screenwriting in their function and collaborative roles.

As a screenplay consultant and feedback assessor, Jay has helped tertiary-level students from universities and film schools, actors, producers and industry people working for Atlantic Pictures, Fox Entertainment, Netflix, CBS, amongst others, in various stages of their screenplays in short, series and feature length forms.
​
With extensive experience in the industry and being an educator, Jay welcomes interest from performing arts, film, university and further education centres for teaching staff positions and guest-teaching work.
Jay can legally work in the UK, Australia and any of the EU countries without the need of a Visa. If interest arises from other countries, Visa arrangement need to be required.
